Jackie Henry MA BACP (Accred)
“I simply believe in the power of talk. Well, and listening of course! Sometimes it seems we have too many problems to cope with as we move through our personal, family and working lives. Talking together is the key to moving forward in every aspect of our lives - especially in today’s distracted digital world, so I work with you to help you think and feel about your concerns differently.  For me, meaningful talk is the single most effective way in tackling issues and creating confidence and growth.  So we do that together.”

Jackie has an MA in integrative psychotherapy from Roehampton University and is BACP accredited. She has over 9 years’ experience in talking therapy, working for The Priory NHS, charitable and commercial sectors as well as in private practice.
